Protege Advanced Stretch Marks Therapy

We consider Protege Advanced Stretch Mark Therapy to be a better quality product because the company uses some significant and important stretch mark fading ingredients. However, it does not contain Allium cepa (Onion) Bulb Extract, which has been proven in clinical studies to ‘help heal scars’. In our eyes, this lowered the value of the product. The upshot is that consumers will simply not be receiving the most effective ingredients and stretch mark treatment will take much longer before benefits are seen, if at all. That said, this product is still relatively decent quality, so we wanted to give you the complete rundown.

Is Protege Advanced Stretch Mark Therapy Effective?

When a product claims to be made of stretch mark fading/preventing ingredients, by all means it should be effective. Let us stress, should be. One issue that raises a slight red flag here is that Protege Advanced Stretch Mark Therapy does not contain Allium cepa (Onion) Bulb Extract which may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. Plus, it contains many ingredients that we were unable to correlate with being beneficial for stretch mark treatment. However, on a positive note, in the lab, its ingredients showed consistency with the label claims.

So we went looking to see what consumers had to say, and it seems that quite a few users experienced little to no difference.

Some other elements of this product also were not so straightforward. There were no customer reviews to be found on their website, either positive or negative.

Is Protege Advanced Stretch Mark Therapy Safe?

We did not find any ingredients in this product that would cause it to be unsafe, such as un-certified stimulant ingredients or other herbs. There are no reported side-effects and it can be taken with most medications.

Summary

Protege Advanced Stretch Mark Therapy had the right idea in making their product with Aloe Vera Powder Extract. However, the exclusion of Allium cepa (Onion) Bulb Extract lowers the potential benefits and its effectiveness. The price was pretty competitive compared to others on the market, but we thought it was a little expensive for a product that doesn’t contain the top recommended ingredient and comes with no significant positive reviews. Our final say is that this treatment would need to review its ingredients list to get a higher grade, and might have a little better luck with effectiveness if they included Allium cepa (Onion) Bulb Extract. They were almost there with a quality product, but not quite.
