Insomnia is a very common problem that affects millions of people, characterized by difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. Lack of sleep or poor quality of sleep can affect everyday activities and hence reduce quality of life.
People suffering with insomnia can feel dissatisfied with their sleep and usually experience all or some of the following symptoms of insomnia including an inability to relax, exhaustion/fatigue, headaches, low energy, difficulty concentrating/focusing, mood disturbances (irritability), and decreased performance in work or at school, plus many others. The cause is different for every person; however, psychiatric and medical conditions, unhealthy sleep habits, substance/alcohol/caffeine abuse, eating patterns, biological/chemical factors and disruptive bedroom environment all play their part.
There are many things that can be done to minimize symptoms and manage insomnia, so that normal lives can be led.
Supplementation of deficient vitamins, minerals and amino acids can be beneficial for balancing the body’s natural sleep-wake cycle. Preferably, supplements should contain quality all natural ingredients that promote relaxation and sleep.
Unfortunately, no. Many fly-by-night companies just ride these trends, manufacturing inferior products with the wrong ingredients and proportions. They often use cheap additives and synthetic ingredients that do not have the optimal desired effect as active ingredients.
From our research, we did not find any negative interactions between the ingredients we researched for treating insomnia and other medications or conditions. However, we still recommend consulting with a healthcare professional, if you have a pre-existing medical condition or take any medications on a regular basis. Also, pregnant or nursing women are advised not to take any supplements without healthcare professional’s approval.
You should take the capsules as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Usually, it is 2 capsules a day. As with any type of supplement, you should not exceed the recommended daily dosage, since this can pose health risks.
Some customers we spoke to reported seeing results positive changes in as little as a few days. For others, it took about a week or so. Results also seem to be a bit different for each person. Some found relief right away, while others took a little longer. Many of the reputable brands we reviewed offer refunds to customers who don’t get the results they want within any time frame.
The cost of insomnia treatment supplements varies based on the manufacturer. Many of them are worthless, just random companies with cheap quality products trying to cash in on health/herbal trends. Some of these companies sell their supplements for as much as $100 per bottle, which we think is a bit too expensive. Most of the really good supplements we tested fell in the $40-$50 range. Others may appear cheaper, but they often boast a one-month supply when they’re really giving you half the recommended dosage with plenty of fillers and binders.
Each person will experience different results with different products, so it’s hard to say offhand which is best. However, we particularly liked Research Verified Insomniquil. We found it to be the best of the 40+ products we researched, based on the products’ quality, customers’ feedback, and the company’s customer service.
You can experiment to see which product is right for you, but if you’re looking for a well-reviewed product you can count on, we think you’d love Research Verified Insomniquil, a high-quality product at a fair price.
