VEGATOT Vertigo Support Review

Vertigo Support is made by VEGATOT which was founded in 2005. It includes several of the key ingredients we highlighted earlier, such as Ginkgo Biloba, Ginger, and Black Pepper. This supplement has several other ingredients that weren't on our must-have list but nevertheless may be beneficial. This product is made with adherence to the cGMP guidelines which are important for ensuring that the product was made in a safe manner. The manufacturer mentions a refund policy, but unfortunately we couldn't find any further details about it. If that doesn’t deter you, then read our full review to find out more about this product’s efficacy and why it ranked 2nd on our list of top Vertigo supplements.

Is VEGATOT Vertigo Support Effective?

We often look at customer testimonials to get an idea of how effective a product is and how satisfied customers are. While not all consumers were able to report that it worked for them, the product does seem to have satisfied the majority of its users.

In addition to testimonials, we mainly judge a supplement based on its ingredients. VEGATOT Vertigo Support contains Ginkgo Biloba extract, Ginger, and Black Pepper which is a great start! While the Ginkgo Biloba is not standardized to the percentage of Glycosides and Terpenes used in a clinical study, the extract is standardized 10:1 so it can be expected to deliver some of the results that Ginkgo is famed for. The black pepper in this formula is good for improving nutrient absorption but it would have been better if VEGATOT used Piperine which is a black pepper extract and more potent. Before going on to discuss the rest of this formula, it should be noted that this formula does not contain Vitamin D which is an ingredient that has been found to correct BPPV.

VEGATOT Vertigo Support also includes Vitamins B1, B6, and B12, presumably for supporting the nervous system, though VEGATOT offers no explanation for why they included the ingredients that they did. (This is another reason why this product only ranked second. We really appreciate the way that our top pick, Research Verified, explains the role of each ingredient in their formula and lists clinical studies to support the usage of those ingredients.)

The remaining ingredients are Lion's Mane Mushroom, Cordyceps, and Lemon Balm. Based on our research, Lion's Mane and Cordyceps both offer anti-inflammatory benefits. Lion's Mane may help improve blood flow and Cordyceps is believed to help with homeostasis in the inner ear. We couldn't find a good clinical study to justify the inclusion of Lemon Balm. It has been included in studied formulas, but it was never studied on its own to see if it actually helped make those formulas effective. We suspect it was added for its polyphenol content which asserts antioxidant activity within the body.

Bottom Line: We like that this formula includes Ginkgo Biloba, Ginger, and Black Pepper, but wish that it also included Vitamin D and that the Black Pepper was actually Piperine (Black Pepper extract). VEGATOT doesn't include any justification as to why they chose their ingredients so we were left to scour the available research in order to come up with good reasons to justify their decisions. We would have appreciated more transparency from the brand, but because the majority of users were satisfied, this product earned its spot as second on our list.

Is VEGATOT Vertigo Support Safe?

From our research, we did not find any side effects of VEGATOT Vertigo Support when taken by otherwise healthy individuals, but a doctor should always be consulted before starting any supplementation. Ginkgo Biloba is known to have blood-thinning properties and therefore it is especially important that you consult with a physician if you have a medical condition, take medications on a regular basis, or are pregnant or nursing.

Summary

Overall his product has a pretty good formula with Ginkgo Biloba, Ginger, and Black Pepper as well as B Vitamins, Lemon Balm, and Mushroom extracts. There is some room for improvement with this formula, being that there is no Vitamin D in it and the Black Pepper could have been Piperine instead to make it more powerful. We would have liked for VEGATOT to have provided some explanation for why they formulated their product the way they did but we were able to find some justifications, however loose, for why the ingredients in Vertigo Support might be beneficial. VEGATOT claims to offer a refund if you are unsatisfied with any of their products but we could not find further details on this. At the end of the day, the choice is yours and we hope this review has helped you in your search for a high-quality Vertigo supplement. If you haven't already, we recommend checking out our top pick before deciding which product is right for you.
