Natural Biology Vintage Resveratrol Review

Natural Biology Vintage Resveratrol caught our attention for a number of reasons. Firstly, the dosage is at the ideal amount of 1000 mg of Resveratrol, and secondly, we liked the purity and simplicity of their ingredients. Unfortunately we discovered that the ingredients were a bit too basic, so it only made it as high as our third spot. In addition to the obviously missing ingredients like a Grape Wine blend and BioPerine®, we also struggled to find customer reviews on this product which made us somewhat skeptical.

Is Natural Biology Vintage Resveratrol Effective?

A product that is made up of 100% Resveratrol, should, by all means, be effective. The only ingredient in this product is Resveratrol that is derived from the french Red Wine Grape used to make vintage wine. We do question the source of the Resveratrol they use, since ideally the best source for Resveratrol is from Japanese Knotweed, according to current research. As per the manufacturer, the Resveratrol contains enough Grape Seed extract and Trans-Resveratrol naturally. However, they do not indicate the purity level of the Trans-Resveratrol nor do they specify any particular amount or ratio of the extract vs the Trans-Resveratrol. This means that if the product has just 50% Trans-Resveratrol, it will only be 50% effective.

The polyphenols and flavonoids found in the grape extract, naturally have strong antioxidant properties, but again, we don’t know how much extract is actually in the supplement. All Resveratrol products have a natural amount of antioxidants, but without an additional polyphenol-rich ingredient, it’s missing that extra boost. The goal is to provide the body with as much protection as possible, so it bothers us that a company would not invest in giving its customers that bit extra.

Another setback to this product is that it doesn’t include BioPerine® or any other absorption reinforcement, which means results will take longer to show effect. A positive is that the company does have multi-pack options available which is nice to see, although we struggled to find reviews for this product anywhere online, which is unfortunate. It’s always important to hear what customers have to say because the best way to know whether a product will work is through customer experience.

Is Natural Biology Vintage Resveratrol Safe?

We didn’t find any reason that this product would not be safe for consumption. There shouldn’t be any significant side effects, seeing as the ingredient used is 100% natural. However, you should always take the supplement according to the manufacturer’s instructions and no more. Taking too much can be detrimental, even though it may be tempting to do so.

Natural Biology Vintage Resveratrol Review Summary

We liked that the daily dosage is at the ideal amount of 1000 mg of Resveratrol. However, there are a number of issues that we have with this product. Firstly, the source used for this Resveratrol is not from the superior source of Japanese Knotweed. Secondly, there is no mention of the purity level of this product. Thirdly, this supplement does not include BioPerine® or any absorption facilitator that would help get results faster. Also, the manufacturer leaves us a little confused as to the amount of Trans-Resveratrol in the supplement. This makes us question the effectiveness of this product. Usually we’d turn to customer reviews to get more of an idea of how effective this supplement is, but sadly we couldn't find any. We think, with more information regarding a specified amount of Trans-Resveratrol as well as the addition of BioPerine® this could be a stronger product and would rate much higher on our radar.
