NutriNerve^® only contains a few ingredients that are associated with a complete support system for healthy nerve function. It contains Vitamin B1 in its most absorbable form, as well as B12, but the nervous system relies on other B Vitamins to perform optimally and protect the nerves from permanent damage. It is also surprising that this formulation does not contain Magnesium, which is clinically proven to be a key mineral in overall nerve function and the alleviation of nerve-related discomfort. Deficiencies in B Vitamins and Magnesium may lead to chronic peripheral neuropathy, therefore they are essential ingredients in a nerve support supplement.

NutriNerve^® claims to be beneficial for those who suffer from nerve damage and associated pain as the result of blood sugar imbalance, and Alpha-Lipoic Acid has been shown to be the star ingredient for such patients. However, by not adding R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid, this effective ingredient will be less bioavailable and may produce less than satisfactory results. Additionally, NutriNerve^® does not contain the anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of plant extracts, such as Corydalis or Boswellia Serrata Extract, nor does it contain BioPerine^® to aid the absorption of nutrients.

While this product does have its strong points and generally happy consumers, it is disappointing that in order to reap the benefits of the 1-year money-back guarantee, customers would have to be part of the auto-fill program. We were pleased to see this supplement does include clinically-proven ingredients in its formula, but we would have liked to see a more well-rounded formula to really target multiple causes of peripheral neuropathy.
