We consider 310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar to be an average quality Apple Cider Vinegar product since it uses the industry standard of 500 mg. However, as in our #2 choice, they have failed to add Piperine which is definitely a disappointment. The upshot is that consumers may need to supplement this with an additional ingredient to get fast, effective results.
In addition, this product does not serve its formula in a vegetarian capsule by including gelatin, which is bad news for vegans and vegetarians alike. Given the supplement industry's general trend toward animal friendly products, we were surprised that this manufacturer has not followed popular consumer demands of being vegan friendly and provide a vegan friendly option.
That said, this product is still relatively decent quality, and the company has a good name in the industry so we wanted to give you the complete rundown.
Is 310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Effective?
When a product claims to be made of 100% pure ingredients, by all means it should be effective. Let us stress, should be. One issue that raises a slight red flag here is that 310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar contains several questionable ingredients that fall under the category of inactive, which we felt may reduce the effectiveness of the product. These include gelatin, magnesium stearate, talc, silica, dicalcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose. It is very hard for us to say how much of an effect these added ingredients would have on the product’s actual overall effectiveness or indeed what side effects they may present.
So, we went looking to see what consumers had to say, and it seems that quite a few users experienced little to no effect on this formulation.
310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar might have a little better luck with effectiveness if they avoided including all of the additional ‘inactive’ ingredients, as well as, including Piperine in its formula. It was almost there with a quality product, but not quite.
Is 310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Safe?
We did not find any ingredients in this product that would cause it to be unsafe, such as un-certified stimulant ingredients or other herbs. As for the ingredients in general, when in their pure form, are deemed to be a safe herbal supplement if taken according to proper recommendations. There are no reported side effects and they can be taken with most medications.
Our main concern is that this product contains inactive unnecessary ingredients which we are not sure what part they play in the effectiveness of this product. Also, it contains a Proprietary Blend and since the amounts are not disclosed, we would be concerned of allergic reactions or overdosing.
310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Review Summary
310 Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar had the right idea in making sure its formula contains 500 mg of Apple Cider Vinegar. However, the inclusion of additional inactive ingredients in this product, the addition of a Proprietary Blend and the fact it doesn’t contain Piperine may decrease its effectiveness and certainly its appeal. Given that they do not offer a veggie based capsule also limits its appeal to consumers who are looking for animal friendly products. The price was pretty competitive compared to others on the market, but it wasn't the most cost effective option that we have seen, especially given that it doesn't have a money back guarantee. Our final say is that these capsules would need to get rid of the unnecessary ingredients, disclose the exact amounts in its Proprietary Blend, plus add Piperine to its formula to get a higher grade.
