Goli Gummies Review

Goli Gummies claims to be the world's first apple cider vinegar gummy to provide consumers with the same health benefits of liquid Apple Cider Vinegar. The manufacturer, Goli, lists the many benefits of ACV from supporting immune health to aiding the nervous system.

However, there are no clinical studies listed that show if gummies achieve the same results. Certainly the idea of two gummies being equal to one liquid serving of Apple Cider Vinegar is enticing - and certainly delicious - but can eating a candy actually deliver the same health benefits? Learn more about this formula and read why Goli Gummies fell to the #2 spot on this list.

Are Goli Gummies Effective?

Each Goli gummy contains 500mg of Apple Cider Vinegar, Vitamins B9 and B12, Organic Beetroot and Pomegranate and one gram of sugar. This formulation gives us pause for two reasons. One is that 500mg of ACV is about half of what is found in ACV pills. This low dosage does not match the clinical studies conducted on Apple Cider Vinegar. The second is that the addition of sugar seems unnecessary and even detrimental to be included into a dietary health supplement. In terms of efficacy, does the sugar cancel out the benefits that one may receive from the other ingredients?

In order to get a proper serving of Apple Cider Vinegar, one would need to consume at least two gummies per day. In fact, the manufacturer recommends 2-6 gummies per day. As the number of gummies increases, so does the amount of sugar you are consuming. If that is the only sugar you are consuming per day, it may not make such a difference to your health. However, if you are not careful with your sugar intake, it can be a slippery slope to many health concerns from tooth decay to type II diabetes.

Bottom Line: It is tempting to endorse a popular product that can double as your afternoon snack. However, there is a danger of consuming too much sugar, especially if you are aiming to reach an optimal daily serving of Apple Cider Vinegar. It is up to each individual to assess their health goals to determine if they can be reached with a sugary gummy.

Are Goli Gummies Safe?

The ingredients in this product, if taken according to proper recommendations, would provide a safe supplement. It has no reported side effects and can be taken with most medications. However, more and more studies are showing the potential danger of sugar when consumed in large proportions. It is worrying that consumers may not even be aware how much sugar they are ingesting because they think they are taking a health product.

Additionally, because there is the option to 'safely' take up to 6 gummies per day, people may start to experience the beginning of a sugar addiction. For those taking Apple Cider Vinegar in order to experience weight-loss benefits, this would be detrimental to their health goals.

Goli Gummies Review Summary

As a popular and delicious tasting product, we were inclined to give this product a high rating. After all, it's wonderful to find an ACV product that people are motivated to actually take! However, the draw with this gummy is the added sugar. It helps make the Apple Cider Vinegar more palatable and turns a health supplement into a tasty treat. Unfortunately, these gummies do not have the correct potency or formulation to deliver the benefits associated with liquid Apple Cider Vinegar. True health supplements will add to your lifestyle, not take away from it. In this case, no nutritionist will ever tell you that adding sugar to your diet will help you lose weight or improve your health. Sadly, we cannot endorse this product.
